This role focuses on leading a high-performing engineering team to deliver impactful software across multiple active projects. You will be responsible for team performance, code quality, and engineering execution within a modern technology stack.
What you'll be doing
- Manage individual and group performance through regular 1:1s and professional development
- Serve as the technical authority for architecture decisions and design reviews
- Uphold high coding standards and quality benchmarks across the development lifecycle
- Partner with project management on sprint planning, capacity, and technical dependencies
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership or management role
- Technical proficiency in Laravel, React, Angular, or mobile development (iOS/Android)
- Proven experience working in structured agile environments alongside project managers
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
