Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Technology Officer role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the CTO, you will lead the company's technology strategy, oversee the engineering team, and drive product development and innovation. Responsibilities include building and implementing IT strategies, managing software development processes, designing system architectures, and ensuring scalability and efficiency of Nurion's platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals while ensuring adherence to top-notch engineering practices and principles.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Software Development and Architecture, with a focus on scalable and market-agnostic systems.
Proficiency in managing Product Development and leading engineering efforts for platform-based tools.
Experience in IT Strategy and Project Management, including aligning technology goals with overarching business objectives.
Proven leadership and team management skills, fostering innovation and collaboration in a technical environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead decision-making processes in high-stakes situations.
Familiarity with financial or market systems is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced industries, preferably in FinTech or market technology domains.
