Infound is building a matchmaking startup ecosystem starting from Lucknow, connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and opportunities through offline meetups + a tech-driven platform.
Our goal is to become the go-to platform for serious founders in Tier 2 & 3 India.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a CTO who is a builder, problem-solver, and long-term partner.
As CTO, you will own the entire tech vision, build the product from scratch, and scale it into a robust platform.
This is not a corporate role—this is for someone who wants to build something meaningful from zero.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Infound’s technology roadmap
- Build and scale Infound’s core platform (web & mobile)
- Architect systems for:
- Founder community & profiles
- Startup marketplace
- Events & meetups management
- Messaging / networking features
- Lead product development from MVP to scale
- Choose the right tech stack and infrastructure
- Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with the Founder & Core Team
- Eventually build and lead the tech team
👨💻 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Full-Stack Development
- Comfortable with startup environments & ambiguity
- Experience with:
- React / Next.js / Flutter (or similar)
- Node.js / Django / Firebase / Supabase (or equivalent)
- Cloud (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Product mindset — not just coding, but solving real problems
- Leadership qualities & ownership mentality
- Prior startup experience is a big plus
