Role Description
As the Technical Co-Founder/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CultureOS, you will play a critical role in defining and managing the company’s technology strategy to support its mission of empowering communities globally. Daily responsibilities include spearheading the development and scaling of the platform architecture, managing the technical development team, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology with business objectives. You will also oversee the adoption of innovative technologies, ensure efficient deployment processes, and uphold the system's performance and security. This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, Full-Stack Web Development, and Mobile Application Development
- Strong understanding of System Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and Database Management
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics
- Leadership skills in Team Building, Project Management, and Technical Strategy Planning
- Knowledge of UI/UX Design and Platform Scalability for diverse user groups
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and align technology with business goals
- Passion for fostering innovation and technological solutions in multicultural and global contexts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Startup experience and familiarity with agile development methodologies are highly valued
