Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the energy sector (renewable energy, oil & gas, utilities, or related energy infrastructure)
- Proven expertise in developing and executing technology strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong technical foundation with demonstrated expertise across multiple technology domains
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience building and managing high-performing technology teams
- Advanced stakeholder communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and managing research and development initiatives
- Deep understanding of product architecture and technology infrastructure design and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within the energy sector
- Familiarity with energy-specific technologies such as smart grid systems, renewable energy management, or industrial IoT solutions
- Track record of successfully scaling technology operations in regulated industries
- Knowledge of energy sector compliance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
- MBA or advanced business certification
