Accountabilities
- Lead, develop, and retain a team of 10+ software engineers.
- Own multi-quarter roadmaps for the Single Retailer Experience.
- Partner with adjacent teams to design platform capabilities and APIs.
- Engage in technical execution, reviewing design and code.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams.
- Manage inbound requests and sequence complex programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years managing teams of 8+ software engineers.
- Hands-on experience with service-oriented architectures and API design.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python).
- Experience in defining and delivering a technical roadmap.
- Skills in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
