Currently led by our CEO and bolstered by our strategic partner, Sophie Farms Investment Ltd, we are on the verge of launching the MVP for our flagship agricultural marketplace. As we transition from build to scale, we are looking for a visionary technical leader to join our founding circle and steer our technological roadmap toward excellence.

The Role: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We need more than a coder; we need a builder of systems and a leader of people. As the CTO, you will own the technical architecture, manage our cloud infrastructure, and ensure our solutions are world-class, scalable, and resilient.

What You’ll Do:

• Scale the Vision: Take our nearly completed MVP and evolve it into a robust, high-traffic marketplace.
• Infrastructure Leadership: Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support cross-border operations.
• Product Excellence: Drive a culture of "Excellence by Design," ensuring every SDK, API, and interface we release is a benchmark for the industry.
• Strategic Growth: Lead the technical side of our consulting arm, helping external partners navigate digital transformation in the AgTech space.

Our Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js, React, Vite
• Backend & Data: Python, Kafka, API-first architecture
• Distribution: Building custom SDKs and npm packages
• Cloud: Scalable Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
