What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver complex building services engineering systems for major transport projects.
- Act as a package lead, ensuring seamless design and delivery.
- Mentor and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Engage with key stakeholders and influence project strategy.
- Champion innovation and best practice in building services design.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years’ experience in building services design and delivery.
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven leadership on large-scale transport projects (rail, metro, stations, tunnels).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A passion for leading teams and shaping outcomes.
