As the business scales into more complex, multi-jurisdictional environments, we are establishing a Group CTO role to lead the next phase of technology, data, and AI enablement.
The Role
Reporting to the Group COO, the Group CTO will take full ownership of the organisation’s technology ecosystem- driving a practical, scalable, and secure environment that improves decision-making, reduces operational friction, and supports growth.
This is a hands-on executive role focused on delivery, not theory, and is primarily office-based in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Group’s technology and AI roadmap
- Establish a connected enterprise architecture across systems, data, and workflows
- Deliver a single source of truth with high-quality, reliable data
- Drive automation and process improvement across business units
- Lead the implementation of AI and decision-support capabilities
- Strengthen cybersecurity, infrastructure resilience, and system performance
- Improve reporting speed, visibility, and decision-making capability
- Build and lead a high-performing technology and AI team
- Manage key vendors, platforms, and delivery partners
About You
You are a senior technology leader with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through systems, data, and transformation.
You will bring:
- Experience leading enterprise technology or digital transformation programs
- Strong capability across systems integration, data, and automation
- Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics in an operational setting
- A track record of improving efficiency, visibility, and scalability
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across complex or multi-entity organisations
Experience in construction, property, infrastructure, or similarly complex industries is highly regarded.
