Role Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Qurafied is a full-time hybrid role, based in Ghent with flexibility for partial remote work. The CTO will oversee the company's overall technology strategy, lead agile development teams, and collaborate closely with the product team to drive innovation. Key responsibilities include managing software development projects, designing scalable architecture, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological solutions. The CTO will also lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to maintain and enhance the competitive advantage of our platform.
