- Architect resource allocation strategies that optimize the deployment of professional talent to maximize unit revenue and client satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of diverse service contracts, ensuring each engagement is commercially sound and strategically aligned with corporate objectives.

- Champion the "ZeroBurden" delivery model by developing and overseeing internal training programs that ensure every PM and Engineer is "clientready" upon deployment.
- Establish and enforce rigorous operational governance and Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks, conducting regular audits of embedded resources to ensure systemic compliance with client KPIs.
- Provide a "ReachBack" technical safety net, acting as the final point of escalation and expert consultant for embedded staff on complex engineering or projectlevel challenges.
- Nurture a highperformance culture that bridges the gap between technical engineering accuracy and proactive project management execution.

- Own the P&L and financial performance of the Professional Services business unit, tracking margins across all service agreements to drive profitability.
- Strategically manage "The Bench"—ensuring high utilization of professional staff and rapid placement of resources as new contracts are activated.
- Act as the executive financial mentor for embedded PMs, providing guidance on managing multimillion dollar client project budgets and complex financial reporting.
- Leverage operational data and client feedback to identify trends, mitigate enterprise risks, and drive continuous improvement across the service line.
