Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Software Development Manager located in Simpang Empat. The individual will oversee the software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying software solutions to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving software architecture and design decisions. The Senior Software Development Manager will play a key role in developing distributed systems and scalable applications that align with industry-leading standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Development and proficiency in related programming languages and frameworks.
- Proven Team Leadership abilities with skills in mentoring, coaching, and leading a diverse team of developers.
- Strong expertise in Software Design and architecting scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions.
- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budget constraints.
- Knowledge and experience with Distributed Systems and cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Industry 4.0, IoT, or machine learning systems is advantageous.
