About the role
As CTO at Pihr, you will be part of the management team and hold full responsibility for the company’s technology strategy, execution and platform scalability.
You will lead engineering, architecture and infrastructure, ensuring the platform can scale across European markets while meeting increasing demands on compliance, performance and security.
This is a pivotal role where you will leverage AI and modern technologies to build a scalable, high performing and future proof SaaS platform.
What you will do
- Own and drive the overall technology strategy, architecture and execution
- Build and scale a high performing engineering organization
- Lead AI initiatives and establish an AI native development approach
- Ensure platform scalability, resilience and performance
- Strengthen security, GDPR compliance and data governance
- Improve engineering processes, delivery quality and predictability
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success
- Actively contribute as a member of the management team
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and organizations
- Strong experience in cloud architecture, preferably Azure
- Deep understanding of SaaS scalability, security and infrastructure
- Experience working with GDPR and secure development practices
- Hands on technical background with the ability to guide senior engineers
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
- Based in Stockholm or willing to work from the office regularly
