We are seeking a seasoned IT Engineering Manager, with a minimum of 10 years of technical experience and at least 5 years of team management experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy, enhancing our technology stack, and ensuring we deliver top-tier software solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our engineering team to new heights.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance our team’s engineering capabilities, contributing to strategic technical decisions.
  • Analyze and improve the backend to frontend ecosystem, providing insights to advance our tech stack.
  • Integrate and modernize applications using technologies like Spring Boot, Node.js, React, and Angular.
  • Design and test high-quality React or Angular UIs and Node or Spring Boot APIs with both internal and open-source libraries.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Enhance performance and reliability through tools such as New Relic for performance monitoring and comprehensive telemetry data analysis.
  • Manage and lead a team of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management and leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly Azure AKS.
  • Skilled in JavaScript, React, and Angular for web development.
  • Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, and Spring Boot for microservices.
  • Familiarity with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MongoDB or NoSQL.
  • Experience using Jira for task management.
  • Proficient with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Snyk, Azure, and SonarQube.
  • Competence with GitHub for source control.
