Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of engineering, product management, and design, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Drive the strategic technology vision and roadmap for an expanding global footprint.
  • Manage and scale teams across multiple regions, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Develop and implement processes for meticulous planning, documentation, and project management to ensure efficient and predictable delivery.
  • Drive adoption of key features and ensure successful internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Influence and collaborate with executive leadership to translate business strategy into impactful technology solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build a strong technical team, mentor talent, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in core technology domains, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading organizations through significant growth phases, ideally within a 10x to 100x scale journey.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scaling technology teams, systems, and processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking with meticulous planning, documentation, and execution skills.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
