Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and scale teams across multiple regions, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Develop and implement processes for meticulous planning, documentation, and project management to ensure efficient and predictable delivery.
- Drive adoption of key features and ensure successful internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Influence and collaborate with executive leadership to translate business strategy into impactful technology solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build a strong technical team, mentor talent, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in core technology domains, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through significant growth phases, ideally within a 10x to 100x scale journey.
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling technology teams, systems, and processes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic thinking with meticulous planning, documentation, and execution skills.
- Ability to influence and build consensus with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
