Role Description Remote Chief Technology Officer: We are looking for a hands-on CTO who can architect, build, and iterate quickly. Your mission includes: Architecting AI Solutions: Designing scalable machine learning models and integrating LLMs into real-world business applications. Blockchain & Web3 Strategy: Building secure, decentralized frameworks and smart contract architectures that solve actual market problems. Fortifying Cybersecurity: Ensuring every venture is built with "security by design," implementing zero-trust architectures and robust data privacy standards. Rolling Up Your Sleeves: Writing code, performing PR reviews, and troubleshooting critical bugs. You are the "Player-Coach" who leads by example. Lean Execution: Applying Lean Startup methodologies to validate technical assumptions quickly and pivot without friction. Qualifications: Proven Experience: A track record of taking products from concept to launch Proven ability to architect and ship AI/ML systems in production Crypto & Chain Knowledge: Practical experience with blockchain protocols, DeFi, or tokenomics. Security Mindset: A background in cybersecurity—knowing how to protect a startup’s most valuable assets from day one. Agile Grit: The ability to thrive in ambiguity and the "startup chaos" where priorities can shift.
