Pay Package: 120K to 150K USD

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer - Railway Signalling, located in Bengaluru / Hyderabad.
The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical strategy, leading software development initiatives, designing robust architecture, and managing complex SIL4 Grade technology projects related to railway signalling systems.
The role involves guiding product development efforts, ensuring the alignment of technological advancements with business goals, and delivering high-impact solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and proactively manage timelines and resources.
Qualifications
- Expertise in SIL4 Grade Product Development for Railways, Defence or Aviation / Aerospace sector.
- Strong ability in Project Management to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and execute large-scale projects effectively.
- Proven experience in Technology Strategy and Architecture, with a focus on scalable and efficient system designs for railway signalling or related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic vision in managing technology to support business success.
- Knowledge of the railway signaling domain or transportation systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across departments and teams.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for advanced qualifications or certifications in relevant domains.
