Role Description
CTO / Full Stack Tech Lead
We are looking for a hands-on CTO / Full Stack Tech Lead who is excited to build a startup from the ground up. You will own the technical architecture, build the MVP, and help shape product decisions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to invest serious time, take ownership, and grow with the company. You will work closely with the founder to build a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform covering backend, frontend, payments, and AI integrations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development
- Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js / Python
- Experience with databases, APIs, and secure authentication
- Familiarity with payment gateways (Razorpay / UPI integration)
- Understanding of scalable systems and basic security practices
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and problem-solving attitude
- Prior experience building MVPs or early-stage products is a plus
