About The Job

The Executive Assistant to the CTO provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Technology Officer while also assisting in IT coordination, documentation, and cross-functional communication.

This role serves as a bridge between the CTO, IT team, and business stakeholders, ensuring that priorities, projects, and communications are organized, tracked, and executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CTO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for internal and external meetings
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Assist in email management and communication drafting on behalf of the CTO

IT Coordination & Project Support

  • Act as a central point of coordination between the CTO, IT team, and other departments
  • Track IT projects, tickets, and initiatives, ensuring visibility and progress updates
  • Assist in prioritizing incoming IT requests and aligning them with business needs
  • Support documentation of IT processes, workflows, and system updates

Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain organized records of IT documentation, reports, and operational data
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical and operational records
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative efficiency

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate updates clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and executive updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of IT initiatives
  • Provide support in cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution

What You'll Bring

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or project/IT coordination roles
  • Comfortable using task management or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (systems, user access, software troubleshooting)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and improve processes in a fast-paced environment

The Pay Range For This Role Is

26,000 - 31,000 PHP per month (Bacolod Office)
