What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruit and retain top talent to build a high-performing team; set goals, coach, and conduct performance reviews
- Provide engineering vision and technical guidance in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Manage resource planning, budgets, and roadmaps; act as point of contact for escalations
- Drive development of cloud-ready solutions using microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Improve developer productivity through tools, processes, and frameworks; evaluate emerging technologies
- Ensure adherence to development milestones, documentation standards, and aggressive release cycles
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 8 years of technical experience, including team leadership
- Proven expertise in C# and .NET technologies
- Experience with cloud-hosted applications (Azure or AWS) and SQL Server
- Working knowledge of AngularJS for front-end development
- Ability to set priorities, motivate teams, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available)
