Role Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Product, the Director of Engineering will be responsible for the performance, quality, speed, and scalability of the software development efforts. This individual will manage a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and maintain operational practices that enable the team to operate efficiently and confidently. Additionally, the Director will lead initiatives to champion AI adoption both within the tech team and cross-functionally.
