What You’ll Own
- Define end-to-end tech architecture (Web + Mobile Apps + Backend)
- Lead MVP → scalable platform build
- Manage developers, vendors & tech partners
- Ensure data security, privacy & reliability
- Align tech roadmap with business & care operations
- Competitive compensation aligned with market standards after funding
- 10% co-founder equity. Salary to commence post–seed funding closure.
Who We’re Looking For
- 8–15+ years in product / tech leadership
- Purely technical background with deep expertise in mobile and web application development
- Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, or health-tech
- Strong in backend systems, APIs & cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Mobile-first mindset (Android / iOS)
- Startup / 0→1 experience preferred
- Tier-1 college background preferred
- Emotionally aligned with elder care & social impact
- Willingness to invest (optional, a plus)
