Role Description
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The CTO will lead the company's technology strategy, oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and automation solutions, and drive innovation across all technological initiatives. Primary responsibilities include managing technical teams, ensuring the scalability and security of products, evaluating technological trends, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. The CTO will also lead research and development efforts, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to organizational growth through innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics implementation
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on guiding technical teams and fostering innovation
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a technology-driven environment
- Proficiency in advanced automation systems, software engineering, and IT infrastructure management
- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Demonstrated experience with high-tech industries, specifically manufacturing processes, is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant management experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore
