Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

Why this role exists
We’re hiring a VP Engineering to build the technical foundation of the company. This is a founding leadership role and a core member of the leadership team. The mandate is clear: execution, reliability, and system quality. This is a hands-on role in the early stages. If you’re looking to inherit a large team or work on a finished architecture, this won’t be a fit.
What you’ll own
- Backend and frontend execution
- Infrastructure, uptime, and incident response
- Data integrity and security
- Core integrations. EHR, payments, WhatsApp, telephony
- Release discipline and technical quality

Experience that helps
- ~8–15 years of engineering experience
- Experience with distributed or high-uptime systems
- Has built for mobile-first or WhatsApp-heavy workflows
- Healthcare, fintech, or data-sensitive domains are a plus
