Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering team, overseeing all engineering activities and projects.
Develop and implement engineering strategies and processes to achieve company goals and objectives.

Oversee the design, development, and testing of automation solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, ideally within the automation industry.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of automation technologies and systems.
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with project management and engineering tools and methodologies.
