Role Overview

For this hire, we are looking for someone who has strong experience building and leading high performing engineering functions, and can lead on accountability for technology strategy, architecture and delivery. You will possess strong technical expertise, particularly in software + data architecture, and can couple this with solid coaching ability. You will work closely with the MD, and collaborate with other cross-functional leaders to define, guide and boost the velocity of technology within the organisation. Therefore we are in search of a people savvy, collaborative leader, who has a strong track record of garnering respect through both their personal approach and technical knowledge.

Start Date

We are pushing for an immediate start so we can gather momentum, so candidates available immediately or on short notice will be prioritised.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technology function in a scale up environment - preferably post Series B or established company.
• Excellent planning and estimation skills.
• Proven track record coaching engineering teams and creating high performance.
• Solid technical, data and cloud architecture understanding and capability.
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks – Not writing code day to day.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in the b2b SaaS space.
