Role Requirements

For this hire, we are looking for someone who has worked in PE backed/PLC type organisations, and possesses strong technical expertise, particularly in software + data architecture, and can couple this with solid coaching ability. You will work closely as the number two to the MD, along with other cross-functional leaders to win the hearts and minds of the existing team, and influence positive change. Therefore we are in search of a people savvy, collaborative leader, who has a strong track record of garnering respect through both their personal approach and technical knowledge.

Start Date

We are pushing for an immediate start so we can gather momentum, so candidates available immediately or on short notice will be prioritised.

Qualifications

• Experience working in PE backed or a PLC organisation.
• Proven track record coaching engineering teams and creating high performance.
• Solid technical, data and cloud architecture understanding and capability.
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks – Not writing code day to day.
• Experience having worked in the b2b SaaS business space.
