Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Co-founder & CTO who is deeply passionate about LegalTech, AI/ML, and scalable technology solutions. This role is for someone who not only has strong technical expertise but can also build the V1 (MVP) of the product independently. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and can lead the technical vision from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop V1 of the product from scratch.
• Make key technical decisions to build a scalable, secure, and high-performance platform.
• Implement AI/ML models, web scraping solutions, and automation tools for legal services.
• Develop a scalable microservices architecture using modern backend and frontend frameworks.
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ensure smooth data management, security, and compliance with legal industry standards.
• Collaborate on the product roadmap, vision, and strategy as a key decision-maker.
• Hire and lead a team of developers, engineers, and AI specialists as we scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, software architecture, and AI/ML.
• Expertise in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Node.js, or GoLang for backend development.
• Strong experience in React, Next.js, or Vue.js for frontend.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML (NLP, GPT models, LLMs, LangChain, etc.).
• Deep understanding of web scraping, automation, and data extraction at scale.
• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, or DynamoDB).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Prior experience in LegalTech or a passion for solving legal industry challenges is a big plus.
