They should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to mentor and develop engineering talent effectively. Bonus points for experience with EMV payments and a passion for empowering African businesses to succeed. What Does The Job Involve

• Leading and inspiring talented engineers to deliver end-to-end complex software solutions in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience leading cross-functional teams and working on diverse architectures.

• Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience with EMV payments (Bonus).
