Chief Technology Officer / Tech & Product Lead (m/w/d)

You develop the technical vision of LabV and are responsible for the product strategy
Together with your team, you ensure a secure, scalable architecture and optimize our processes (e.g. with SCRUM)
You take care of customer concerns on a technical level and present our solutions confidently when required
You create IT security concepts and organize their implementation, including data protection and compliance
You lead the technical team (development, DevOps, QA, support) and make budget and resource decisions

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in a senior technical position as Chief Technology Officer, Head of Development or similar
You have in-depth knowledge of modern software development, cloud platforms and CI/CD and are experienced with agile methods (SCRUM) and building interdisciplinary tech teams
You have strong communication skills, leadership qualities and always think entrepreneurially
A good understanding of IT security at a conceptual level and business fluent German and English round off your profile
