We are seeking a Software Development Manager to provide strategic leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical solutions. This role is central to shaping our development practices and guiding our teams to achieve excellence in both technical execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers, mobile engineers, and designers.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with public sector clients to translate requirements into actionable development plans.
- Drive adoption of best practices in agile methodologies, DevOps, and quality assurance.
- Mentor and develop team leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software development, mobile applications, and UI/UX practices.
- Experience working with public sector or government clients is highly desirable.
