We’re looking for a high-impact SWE Manager to lead one of our core product engineering teams. This is an ideal role for a strong engineer who’s already spent a few years leading or managing teams and is now ready to take the next meaningful step in their leadership career.
In this role, you’ll have end-to-end ownership: from guiding technical direction to developing people, shaping the roadmap, and delivering meaningful customer outcomes. You’ll work in an innovative, product-led engineering culture that gives teams autonomy, trusts them to make decisions, and measures them by impact, not layers of process.
You’ll join a company where engineering isn’t a support function—it is the business.

Qualifications
- 8+ years total Software engineering experience, including designing and delivering production systems
- 3+ years of Software engineering leadership, actually leading a team with reports (manager, lead, tech lead, or EM)
- You’ve mentored engineers and care deeply about their growth
- You can dive into technical discussions and guide engineers toward sound decisions
- You understand how to balance technical quality with delivering customer value
- You communicate with clarity and bring calm, confidence, and structure to ambiguity
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, distributed systems, or highly available services
