NS2 Mission Overview
NS2 Mission is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP NS2 that delivers specialized solutions – from data management and analytics to sensor systems and spatial visualization – to the defense and intelligence community.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI Clearance with minimum a CI Polygraph.
Chief Technology Officer Role
The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for setting the technology vision and direction for NS2 Mission. They are responsible for working with leadership, customer, delivery, and product management stakeholder groups to develop and execute both near-term and long-term technology roadmaps. They are responsible for being NS2 Mission’s technical voice to the customer working with both delivery and sales teams to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how NS2 Mission capabilities can meet those needs. They will also be an active participant in helping lead NS2 Mission through a transformation focused on growth and will work to tie NS2 Mission technology closer to enterprise SAP technology solutions.
As the NS2 Mission CTO, you will:
- Lead efforts in working with stakeholder groups to set and communicate the technical strategy, priorities, and direction for the organization.
- Gather requirements from current customers as well as future customers, factoring in the longer-term technical strategy and develop near and long-term technology roadmaps that will work within the constraints set by leadership and the product team.
- Collaborate with SAP NS2 product teams to understand company product roadmaps for SAP Data Management solutions.
- Establish vision and incorporate into technology roadmaps how NS2 Mission’s DataCTRL product will complement larger SAP Data Management solutions like Business Data Cloud and Reltio.
- Partner with the Delivery Team to become a trusted technical advisor to our existing clients.
- Engage with the Product Team to understand and adjust priorities as needed.
- Coordinate with SAP NS2 WalkMe product manager to best understand WalkMe capabilities and how they can apply to NS2 Mission customers.
- Align closely with NS2 Mission WalkMe technical team to develop WalkMe offerings for non-SAP enterprise solutions.
- Support the Growth Team to support growth-related initiatives like responding to RFx’s, developing/delivering growth-related presentations, providing solution architect advice, and leading/supporting technical discussions with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with management to develop appropriate control gates for Roadmap updates and priority changes.
Work Experience
- 10-15 years of related experience managing and setting the strategic direction for medium and large technical teams.
- Experience in developing and managing technical roadmaps.
- Experience in leading meaningful technical discussions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or higher.
- Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience.
