Work Overview

Work closely with the Integrations Engineering Manager to ensure the smooth and continuous development and implementation of the Integrations product backlog.

Balance the priority of requests from customer and projects teams, and own the backlog management process, including ensuring there is suitable visibility around project timelines.

While not directly an analysis or development role, this will be a technical position. The Engineering Delivery Manager will collaborate with in-house and third-party engineering squads and will own the successful implementation of Integrations features through coordination with operations teams.

Project Management and Delivery

  • Oversee the delivery of integration projects within the engineering team
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and develop and implement mitigation strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful and on-time project execution.
  • Ensure visibility of the integrations backlog, project timelines, statuses, and budgets
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment and promote best practices in project management

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a software engineering or related technical role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellence in process ownership, implementation, and improvement
