Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Brisbane City, QLD. The CTO will lead the technology vision and strategy for Vero Pay, aligning it with the company's business goals. The responsibilities include overseeing software development, managing IT infrastructure, setting and implementing IT strategies, driving product innovation, and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. The CTO will also lead a cross-functional technical team, manage project execution, and ensure system scalability and security to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
- Proven experience in Project Management and leading technical teams
- Strong skills in IT Strategy and Technical Architecture
- Strategic thinking and leadership abilities to drive innovation and technology implementation
- Experience in securing and optimizing IT and software systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in payments or financial technology (FinTech) is considered an advantage
