Our client is seeking a talented Engineering Manager specializing in Java/Springboot.

📝Responsibilities:
- People & Culture: Recruit, onboard, and mentor developers. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and define clear career growth paths.
- Delivery Excellence: Lead sprint planning and daily standups. Partner with Product Managers to prioritize the roadmap and ensure features ship on time.
- Java Standards: Foster a culture of high-quality Java development, emphasizing clean code, effective use of design patterns, and robust unit testing.
- Process Optimization: Identify and remove bottlenecks in the development lifecycle. Maintain a strong CI/CD pipeline tailored for Java applications.
📝Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of deep experience in Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- 5+ years in a formal leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in an agile environment.
