This position is designed for a senior Russian technology leader based in Armenia, with deep experience in complex, production-grade systems.

TARME Tech is an established technology company developing industrial-grade wearable and digital systems for high-risk and mission-critical environments. We are expanding our executive team and are appointing a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take full ownership of our technology architecture and execution.
Role Overview
The CTO is the highest technical authority at TARME Tech. This role carries direct responsibility for system architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical integrity across hardware, firmware, backend platforms, data pipelines, and security layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define end-to-end system architecture
- Lead senior engineering teams with clear accountability
- Establish and enforce engineering standards and governance
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and industrial readiness
- Act as final authority on critical technical decisions
- Work closely with CEO and COO on execution and strategy
Required Profile
- 20+ years of experience in serious technology companies
- Senior leadership background (CTO, Chief Engineer, Technical Director, Head of Architecture)
- Strong expertise in hardware–software integrated systems
- Proven system-level architectural ownership
- Russian (native or near-native) and English (professional)
- Currently based in Armenia
- Disciplined, structured, execution-focused mindset
