Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Consultant based in Santiago, with flexibility to work from home as agreed. The CTO Consultant will oversee the development and execution of the company’s technical strategy to better support the SSINDEX platform. Responsibilities include leading technical teams, driving innovation in technology solutions, ensuring data security, optimizing infrastructure, and collaborating with stakeholders to align business goals with technology initiatives. The role also involves assessing emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and maintaining system scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and system scalability
- Proficiency in software development, programming languages, and system architecture
- Strong understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, and risk management
- Leadership experience, project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proven capability in technology innovation and delivering strategic solutions
- Experience in sustainability, stakeholder engagement, or certification solutions is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges
