Role Overview
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a technical co-founder and lead the development of the Sraju Xpress platform.
This is an early-stage leadership role responsible for building and scaling the technology that powers our marketplace.
The CTO will design and build the mobile and backend infrastructure that connects customers, freelancers, and service providers in a real-time marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of the Sraju Xpress mobile platform
- Build scalable backend infrastructure for booking, payments, and provider management
- Develop the customer and provider mobile apps
- Manage product development roadmap
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of the platform
- Recruit and lead future engineering teams
- Work closely with the founder on product vision and growth strategy
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience building mobile apps or marketplace platforms
- Experience with technologies such as React Native / Flutter, Node.js / Python, Firebase / AWS / GCP
- Experience with payments integration (Stripe or similar)
- Startup mindset and ability to work in an early-stage environment
- Leadership and product-thinking mindset
