Director of Engineering w/ National Leader in Electronics Manufacturing
Our client, a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, is seeking a Director of Engineering to join their high-performance team in Newark, NY. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and Test Engineering while supporting top customers across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and other high-reliability sectors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (electronics/manufacturing focus ideal)
- 10+ years in electronics manufacturing, including 5+ in leadership
- EMS experience preferred; Aerospace/Defense/Medical experience highly valued
- Strong technical depth in at least one engineering discipline
- Proven ability to develop teams and elevate engineering operations
- Experience managing complex projects and strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication with both executives and customers
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise eligible under INA
