Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

Lead a high-performing engineering team to design and deliver production-grade Generative AI applications that enhance user experiences and drive measurable business impact. This role focuses on technical leadership, operational excellence, and reliability for mission-critical AI systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive rapid iterations from concept to production, solving complex technical challenges.
- Implement best practices for reliability, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence.
- Establish frameworks for system health, alerting, and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise strategy and technical standards.
- Advance engineering standards and ensure quality across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in large, complex environments.
- 8+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years as a senior engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven track record of building and operationalizing complex products in production.
- Expertise in containers, cloud-native applications, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong fundamentals across the tech stack and commitment to quality.
- Experience with Python, Java, and front-end development (preferred).
- Familiarity with distributed systems, AI/ML frameworks, and large-scale data pipelines.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
