Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Development, with at least 6 years in management
Experience managing teams of more than 15 people
Proven ability to work with clients under pressure
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with large distributed systems (Java, C++ is a plus)
Hands-on coding knowledge (candidates should be technically strong, able to coach, review code, and guide teams, though the role is primarily managerial)
