👨💻 The Role
We are looking for a Technical Head & CTO to join our leadership team.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is an Equity-Based Role (No Salary). You will receive a stake in the company in exchange for your expertise.
What You Will Do:
- End-to-End Architecture: Own the website structure and performance.
- Tech Strategy: Make decisions on the best tools to use. We are tech-stack agnostic—you choose what works best.
- Low Code / No Code: You must be comfortable working with and scaling using Low Code / No Code platforms to build fast.
- Mentorship: Teach and guide interns by recording clear video sessions/tutorials.
- Leadership: Participate in strategy meetings with the founders.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Agile Mindset: You are open to any tech stack and willing to use Low Code tools to move quickly.
- Intent > Skills: We care more about your problem-solving attitude than a specific degree.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory for team syncs and teaching).
- Video Friendly: Comfortable recording your screen and voice to explain technical concepts to the team.
