Project Manager - Software Development, Mid-Level

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are never limited to):

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a software environment.
• Experience with Python, Django, Kubernetes, Rails, Ruby on Rails, AWS.
• Manage deploys, do ticket testing.
• Manage the offshore AND onshore team.
• Work directly with team members on multiple projects.
• Meticulously track incoming and outgoing data.
• Writing skills are a necessity.
• Analytical skills and creativity.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Flexible.
• Proactive.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Unafraid to ask questions and then, when needed, ask again.
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.

Logistics:

• A typical work week is 40 hours/week.
• Entire team works remotely.
