About Pizza Broski
Pizza Broski is a food-tech start-up that implements robotics technology to the world of pizza and is planned to start deploying automated pizza-oven machines across the country. Pizza Broski has secured an exclusivity contract for United States with one of only a few manufacturers of this technology in the world and is getting ready to enter its first round of funding this month. We are currently working on securing key executive positions in order to strategically enter this round with a high valuation. We are only looking for a commitment to be a part of the team and as we raise the first round you will transition into full-time position right away.
You will manage:
The CTO will directly report to the CEO, driving the core technological/robotics part of the business.
- Day-to-day Operations
- Oversee software development uniting robotics, UI/UX, backend, cloud, and corporate oversight into one platform
- Building a Technology Department
- Building Robotics R/D Department
- Building a Machine Servicing Department
- AI Implementation
- Personnel (Strong Team Building)
- Technological Strategy Development alongside CEO
- Strategy Implementation
- Working alongside manufacturer on Technology Improvement
- Keeping up with technology trends
- Assisting into making our Vision as a Company (see below) become a reality
You bring:
- Kind heart
- 15+ years in an executive management role, preferably experience at a fast-growing startup.
- 10+ years in technology sector
- Desire and ability to effectively implement technology across departments to bring structure, processes, and scalability to our big ideas.
- Experience managing projects and teams.
- Fluency in automation.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning.
- Experience in managing growth companies, preferably experience being a part of fundraising.
- A strong work ethic and ability to drive this in others.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and project management skills.
- Ability and willingness to roll up the sleeves and handle tasks personally.
