Role Description
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Co-Founder to lead and drive the technological strategy and development for My Interio. As CTO, you will oversee the design and architecture of our platform, manage the technical team, and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance our business operations. Your role will include strategic planning for tech development, ensuring scalability, and ensuring system reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software development, system architecture, and web platform technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and managing a tech team effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, cloud infrastructure, and data security best practices.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with experience in technology planning and scaling operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working in fast-growing environments.
- Proactive communication skills and leadership in aligning technology with business goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; prior entrepreneurship experience is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and transforming the interior materials industry is highly desirable.
