Top Tier Healthcare Provider is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to align the IT capabilities with both public health initiatives and revenue-driven business models. This individual must understand the Health Information Exchange (HIE) landscape, New York healthcare compliance regulations, and the intersection of public health and commercial revenue opportunities. The CTO will partner with our existing IT management and staff to ensure our technology platforms support both funders and paying customers. The CTO will champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring our data, reporting capabilities, and system features provide sustainable value to both our public health mission and commercial partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in the private sector health, health tech, or payer | provider organizations.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Expertise in healthcare data exchange, compliance, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, etc.).
- Strong business acumen with experience aligning technology with revenue generation strategies.
- Experience managing development, engineering, and data teams, with a focus on scalability and innovation.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, NYS healthcare regulations) and security best practices (HITRUST preferred).
This role will sit HYBRID out of the New York, NY office.
