Miriel AI is an early-stage WellnessTech & HealthTech startup revolutionizing how families approach nutrition. We don't just track calories; we use advanced AI and our proprietary Nutritional Intelligence Engine to provide personalized, culturally relevant, and scientifically backed nutritional guidance.

We are looking for the technical architect to help us build our future, who's an entrepreneur at core.

We are seeking a Korea-based CTO to lead our technical development. This is not a standard 9-to-5 development role. You will be a Strategic Partner and a key member of the leadership team, holding equity in the company and turning complex nutritional science into a seamless, user-friendly mobile experience.

What You Will Do

• Technical Ownership: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end technical development of the Miriel AI app (Frontend/Backend) and our core platform foundations.
• Bridge Science & Code: Work closely with the CEO and our Strategic Scientific Advisors (Pediatricians & Dietitians) to translate complex clinical requirements into functional product features.
• AI Integration: Oversee the implementation and refinement of our "Nutritional Intelligence Engine," ensuring our AI models are integrated smoothly and securely.
• Future-Proofing: Define the technical roadmap, manage data privacy/security standards (crucial for HealthTech), and prepare the infrastructure for rapid scaling in the target markets.

Preferred Expertise & Qualifications

• Located in Korea: You must be based in Korea to collaborate closely with the founding team and navigate the local tech ecosystem.
• Full-Stack Builder: Proven experience in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or Native) and robust backend architecture. You are not afraid to code.
• AI/ML Familiarity: Experience (or a strong interest) in integrating LLMs or recommendation engines into consumer applications. Understanding of LLM training, including building our own proprietary models from scratch for specific use cases.
• Strategic Mindset: You understand that code serves the business. You can prioritize features based on "Go-to-Market" needs and resource constraints.
• Communication: Strong proficiency in English is required to collaborate with our global partners and advisors.
