Role Responsibilities

Lead a team of software engineers to design and deliver software features of our services.
Recruit, grow and retain software engineers.
Full engagement in agile-based software development life cycle including DRI rotation.
Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
1+ year experience with people management: recruiting, technical leadership and mentorship, personal development, performance management, team building, vision, and roadmap creation.

Specialized Security Screenings

Experience building and running a large service on Azure.
Experience building complex and large-scale data systems.
