- Someone who has tech vision, quick and robust decision-making, and a leading role.
- Someone who can work with the founders in defining the product roadmap and deciding the technical approach to execute it.
- Someone who can understand what needs to be done, what the definition of done is, and how to make it happen with a specific team.
- Someone comfortable challenging decisions constructively and clearly articulating trade-offs regarding technical choices and timelines.
- Someone who gets the best out of the team but can get their hands dirty with code.
- Someone who understands how impactful AI is for product organizations.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable
- Successfully managed 5–10 people in a very high-performance environment.
- Experience in a high-growth, product-oriented company.
- Experience building complex products from an architecture POV.
- Start-up experience.
- Problem finder and problem solver.
- Excellent communication (specifically towards engineers).
- Product intuition.
